Çok stabil ve hoş klavye, tablete takıldığında Spectre x2 laptop olarak da kullanılabilir. USB Typce C portu ile cihaz şarj edilebiliyor ve dahili bir adaptör aracılığı ile diğer cihazlara bağlantı imkanı sunuluyor. Tabletin arkasındaki ana kamera iyi fotoğraf ve dieolar çekiyor. Uzun zamandır bir Windows tablette görmediğimiz özellik. Dahası RealSense kamera ile 3D tarama yapmak mümkün, en azından yakın gelecekte.

Spectre x2 bazı kabul edilebilir zayıf yönlere de sahip. Kart okuyucu yok. Çalışma süreleri kötü değil ama çok uzun da değil. Yaklaşık 6-7 saat.

İşlem gücü ise sadece Surface Pro Core M3 seviyesinde, tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Daha üst modeli almak sağlıklı olacaktır. Performans isteyen kullanıcıların Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Core i5/i7 modellerini tercih etmesi daha sağlıklı olacaktır.
