In fact, this makes it the cheapest laptop we've ever reviewed, so let's find out if it's an absolute bargain or has had a few too many corners cut. Despite its decent chassis, excellent speakers and above-average screen, Toshiba's Satellite L300-29T can barely handle <st1:place w:st="on">Vista</st1:place> because of its 1GB of RAM, making it a poor choice unless you're prepared to upgrade the RAM yourself.

On the market can be found several models of L300 series (11F, 11M, 110, 15W) and they all have in common quality made and they differ by processor, memory size, HDD size and OS. This should help you to choose model that will perfectly suit to your needs.

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) X3100: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) X3100, Mobile Intel 965GM (500MHz çekirdek hızına sahip) ve 960GM (400MHz) çipine entegre edilmiş onboard bir kart (Merom için Core 2 mimarisi).
Sadece eski oyunlar bu grafik kartları ile akıcı bir şekilde (eğer yüksek bir sistem gereksinimi duymuyorlarsa) oynanabilir. Intel Celeron M: FSB 400 üzerinde Level 2 Cache yarıya indirilmiş Pentium M işlemci. Bu işlemcinin karakteristiği eş hızdaki Pentium M ‘den çok daha az yavaş olması. Yine de hızını Pentium M gibi dinamik olarak değiştirememekte ve bu yüzden daha yüksek güç tüketimine ihtiyaç duymakta.
