This is really expensive for the average joe, but then this is not designed for the average joe. This is not to say that it's value for money or anything; it just is what it is. There's no doubt that the level of details and customizations is very well done and it certainly feels like a premium device. But leaving out the high price for a moment, it's far from perfect. If you're going to be charging a premium then I want backlit keys as well. The trackpad could have been designed better as well and the surface is not conducive for tracking. And finally the battery life is not the best, but then again you don't buy a Lamborghini for the awesome mileage, so I guess that's forgivable.

EN→TR Archive.org versionAs with all sports cars, if they’re any good, the price tag is accordingly high, and ASUS’ VX6S is no exception. For the money you have to invest in this netbook (if it falls under the netbook category at all anymore), you can buy a serious 15” model with a moderately strong configuration. On the other hand, this model isn’t supposed to sell in millions anyway. It’s a very specific concept catering to a fairly limited population (automobile industry enthusiasts), and these won’t be let down in terms of performance (we take design as a given).

AMD Radeon HD 6470M:
UVD3 video işlemcisine sahip Seymore XT kod adlı çekirdek tabanlı giriş/orta seviye grafik kartı.
Çok seçici olmayan oyunlar akıcı olarak oynanabilir. Ama düşük çözünürlüğe ve dolayısıyla düşük detaylara hazır olun. Yine de bu kartlar ofis ve video görüntüleme (HD Videolar içinde uygun olduğu söylenebilir) konularında yeterli performansı veriyor.

Intel Atom:
Intel Atom serisi 64-Bit bir işlemci olup UMPC ve MID türü gibi küçük notebooklar için ucuz bir işlemci alternatifidir. Yeni mimarinin özelliği “in order” uygulamasını kullanması. Böylece transistor sayısı azaltılıp, daha ucuz bir üretim mümkün.
D2700:
Dahili SGX545 PowerVR grafik kartı ve video işlemcisine sahip Nettop/Desktop çift çekirdekli atom işlemci. N serisi ile kıyaslanıldığında D serisi Speedstep teknolojisinden yoksun.
