The ZenBook Prime Touch still looks great, and combines desktop-level performance with a slimline design that is extremely portable. However, the failure to provide a battery-efficient Haswell update is a missed opportunity, and means that the ZenBook isn’t quite the leader that it used to be.

Bang and Olufsen speakers kick out some impressive audio for an ultrabook. TIRED Noisy fan. Touchpad is too sensitive with certain gestures, causing annoying swiping accidents. Glossy screen results in too much glare.

ASUS' Zenbook Prime line of Ultrabooks is a good thing that keeps getting better. The beautiful all-metal design paired with good performance has been a constant, and the keyboard and touchpad have improved over the last year. The UX31A Touch is very much an evolutionary update of the 13-inch Zenbook, as the real change here is just the touch-capable display -- and Windows 8, of course.

Intel HD Graphics 4000:
Üst sınıf Ivy Bridge modellerinde kullanılan işlemci grafik kartı. Farklı modellerde farklı saat hızları ile geldiğinden değişken bir performans alınabilir.
Çok seçici olmayan oyunlar akıcı olarak oynanabilir. Ama düşük çözünürlüğe ve dolayısıyla düşük detaylara hazır olun. Yine de bu kartlar ofis ve video görüntüleme (HD Videolar içinde uygun olduğu söylenebilir) konularında yeterli performansı veriyor.

2012 ikinci çeyreğinde hızlı Ivy Bridge tabanlı ULV işlemci. 1.9-3.0 GHz saat hızı aralığına sahip ve HD 4000 grafik kartı ile gelmekte. Güç tüketimi sadece 17 Watt.
