For the same price as an ultrabook, the Asus VivoBook U38N comes with a superb chassis, high enough performance for most users and a top-notch screen (assuming the touchscreen version, which we did not test, offers the same quality). Unfortunately, it has lightweight gaming capabilities and the AMD processor is slightly behind Intel CPUs in terms of battery life and power.

ASUS knows how to make a stunning notebook, but we don't see the U38N satisfying on-the-go business users. This laptop has a gorgeous 1080p touch display, a comfortable keyboard and decent port spread. However, short battery life and below-average performance compared with similarly priced Intel-powered Ultrabooks make this system a tough sell.

With the ASUS VivoBook U38N you’ve got a rather well-rounded solution for your school or everyday home use. AMD Radeon HD 7620G: Trinity A10 LV serisi iþlemcilerde kullanýlan iþlemci grafik kartý. Radeon HD 6900 masaüstü serisinde kullanýlan VLIW4 mimarisi üzerine kurulmuþ.
Çok seçici olmayan oyunlar akıcı olarak oynanabilir. Ama düşük çözünürlüğe ve dolayısıyla düşük detaylara hazır olun. Yine de bu kartlar ofis ve video görüntüleme (HD Videolar içinde uygun olduğu söylenebilir) konularında yeterli performansı veriyor.
