Asus launched two really good phones this year in the form of the ZenFone Max Pro M1 (Review) and the ZenFone 5Z (Review), managing to shake the market up in both their segments. The new ZenFone Max M1 does not manage do the same thing. The ageing Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 is slower than other processors used in other phones at this price level.

The Asus ZenFone Max M1 comes loaded with a good design language and the display looks bright. The user interface is clean and the battery performance is on par with the rest of the competition. However, using a chipset of 2015 has its own share of hits and miss. It would have been better if the company opted for an advance chipset like a MediaTek Helio P22, which is present in Lenovo K9 and Xiaomi Redmi 6, or even Snapdragon 435. Event Realme is offering a better Snapdragon 450 chipset with its Realme C1 budget offering. The camera needs some fine tuning and overall, if you are considering to buy this smartphone, then you should check for its competition first.

The Zenfone Max M1 seems to be a pretty standard device considering its design and other specifications. The display looks bright and the camera seems to be interesting, however, we are not quite sure with the performance as it is yet to be tested out. The battery could easily give a day’s backup and the software looks neat. As for the competition is concerned, it will have a tough time competing with the likes of Realme C1, Xiaomi Redmi 6, Lenovo K9 and more.

Bu tür grafik kaetları oyunlar için pek ideal değil. Eğer bir oyunu çalıştıracak olurlarsa ya grafiksel hatalarla ya da düşük frame oranlarıyla çalıştırabilirler. Oyuncular için uygun değiller. Ofis ve internet ise oyunların aksine bu GPU lar için sorun değil.
