Its low resolution screen is also a potentially limiting factor. Those caveats aside, however, the A11 is a speedy and very useable machine that offers good value – though there are rivals from HP and Sony that will do similar with more panache.

And the above criticisms must all be measured against the $1375 price, which is one of the lowest here. You may want the Core i7 model for a true desktop replacement, but if your needs are more modest the Tecra A11 packs plenty of business appeal.

Before taking the plunge, though, make sure you need discrete graphics; otherwise, you could probably get by on a system like the 14-inch HP EliteBook 8440p, which costs about $400 less, has a more durable and stylish design, and lasts about twice as long on a charge.

Overall, the Toshiba Tecra A11 is a competent business laptop that offers good performance, a decent screen and an impressive range of ports. In saying that, the computer's chunky design and limited amount of RAM are a tad disappointing.

560M:

330M: Core i3-330, 350M’e göre saat hızı düşürülmüş bir işlemci, saat hızı 2.13 GHz olmakla beraber Turbo Boost özelliğine sahip değil. Hyperthreading sayesinde 4 komut eş zamanlı işlenebilmekte. Dahili GMA HD 3150 ve DDR3 bellek kontrolörüde dahil edilmiş.
Intel Core i7:
620M: Core i7-620M 2010 yılı ilk çeyreğinde tanıtıldığında laptoplar için en hızlı işlemci olarak karşımıza çıktı. 620M, 2.66 and 3.33 GHz aralığındaki saat hızına Turbo modu ile ulaşabilmekte. Hyperthreading sayesinde 4 komut eş zamanlı işlenebilmekte. Pakete Intel tarafından ayrıca GPU (GMA HD) ve bir bellek kontrolörü eklenmiş. Bu yüzden 35 Wattlık güç tüketimi tüm paket için iyi sayılabilir.
15.6: 15 inçlik ekran ve varyasyonları tüm notebooklar için bir standart olup tüm notebookların yarısından çoğunda kullanılmakta. 15.4 inçlerde 16:10 standart görüntü.
