At the given price of Rs 65,990, the Asus VivoBook X512 offers some really good features such as Core i7 processor, SSD, and dedicated graphics card. However, there are a few things such as overall build quality, display, audio quality, etc. where Asus could have done a slightly better job. Overall, Asus has made it clear that this is just a VivoBook laptop which is meant to be a value-for-money device and offers one of the best price to performance ratio.

The VivoBook 15 X512 is Asus' idea of offering a laptop with flagship class performance for a relatively low price. However, the real-world implementation isn't as practical as it looks on paper. The display is below average, the speakers are not up to the mark, the keyboard is not comfortable and the overall plastic build doesn't justify its premium pricing. The only reason it really makes sense to pick this up over a bulky gaming laptop is for the unbeatable performance from its 8th Gen Core i7 processor. And for Rs 65,990, it is still acceptable but you have to be really needy for the Core i7 performance only.

NVIDIA GeForce MX250:
MX150 grafik kartının Pascal GP108 çipi tabanlı (masaüstü GT1030 modeli ile benzer) halefi, ama daha yüksek saat hızına sahip. Normal 25 Watt versiyonu ve birçok düşük performanslı 10 Watt versiyonları mevcut. 25 Watt versiyonu eski MX150 modeline göre %21 daha yüksek saat hızına ve dolayısıyla %5 performans artışına sahip.
Oyun oynamak isteyen kullanıcılar için en son seçenek. Yeni oyunlar bu kartlarda çalışacaktır, ama sadece düşük detaylar ve orta çözünürlükte.
