And the battery life was impacted quite a bit while gaming (though, that's to be expected). And for me, personally, the display is a bit small for use at home, but if you pair this with a desktop monitor, then that's a non-issue. And beyond the pros I mentioned, there is something delightful about how shockingly thin that display is and, if you're so inclined, you can upgrade the storage relatively easily if you find a good deal on a solid state drive. For people prioritizing portability, and who don't mind paying just a little extra to get there, the Asus Zenbook A14 is a choice laptop you'll enjoy using for a long time.

The Asus ZenBook A14 has a lot going for it. Spec-for-spec, if you pit it against the MacBook Air, it comes out on top on a majority of metrics, especially considering the hit on your wallet. This is, by far, one of the most handsome laptops out there, especially in its Zabriskie Beige shade. You barely feel this thing in your backpack, and it's reassuringly sturdy, as well. The keyboard is surprisingly good, and the OLED panel is gorgeous, as well. The biggest functional perk is the battery life, which can comfortably last past a full day, and then some more. It also runs pretty cool, and offers a healthy selection of ports that you won't usually find in the proverbial "thin and light" laptop segment. The biggest conundrum is the performance, which is inherently tied to the Windows on Arm platform and the emulation hit that it delivers.

We are impressed by the Zenbook A14 (UX3407). Its main tricks up in its sleeve are the low weight, the thin profile, and the overall performance that is ideal for home or office work. No matter the compact dimensions, the 12-core X Elite X1E-78-100 maintains 3.42 GHz in short loads and 2.55 GHz in long stress. Not bad at all given the 13.4 – 15.9 mm height of the laptop. The 1200p OLED screen (ATNA40CT06-0 (SDC420D)) is great and even suitable for content creation or color-sensitive work.

Overall, the ASUS Zenbook A14 is a very sleek and minimal looking laptop, especially in this Zabriskie Beige color. The weight is also insanely light (thanks to the company’s Ceraluminum material) that you almost feel you’re holding nothing, it’s so light. The branding on the top lid is clean and simple, it’s just a very nice design and ultraportable thanks to the weight. The keyboard and trackpad are great, and the (non-touch) OLED display looks really nice. This is really an excellent package for most basic users who want an ultraportable and beautiful-looking laptop. The price is a bit higher or about the same as some of the competition with better performance, though. So shop around if you’re in the need of capabilities that ARM processors do not offer.

The Zenbook A14 kind of grew on me the more I used it. At first, it just felt kind of weird, with a surface that wasn’t quick like plastic but wasn’t quite like metal, either. But the more I handled it, the more I liked it. All the work Asus put into its Ceraluminum material wasn’t wasted. I wish the hinge was tighter, but that wasn’t at all a dealbreaker for me. And I love that even though it’s very light, it still got class-leading battery life with solid productivity performance. It’s right up there with the MacBook Air 13 (M4), which is saying something. If you’re looking for a 14-inch laptop that you don’t need for gaming or video editing, then you really need to give the Zenbook A14 some serious consideration.

Şirketin 2007 gelirleri 6.9 milyar dolar olarak açıklanmıştır. ASUS aynı zamanda diğer üreticiler için bileşenlerde üretmektedir. 2008 yılında Eee PC netbook dünyasında büyük bir patlama gerçekleştirmiştir.

Qualcomm Adreno X1-45 1.7 TFLOPS: Snapdragon X Plus 8 çekirdekli X1P-42-100 SoC'nin sahip olduğu entegre bir grafik adaptörü.
