Having a bold, red phone with a giant camera sticking out of it reminds us of the Wild West days of the phone market before Apple standardised everything with the iPhone. While those older devices usually had gimmicks (albeit fun and sometimes useful gimmicks), the camera here really is worth it. HUAWEI has also pulled off another trick here by offering such a great camera that it will entice even those who refuse to leave the iOS and Android ecosystems. We can actually see some people picking up a Pura 80 Pro as a secondary device, as you’d be hard-pressed to get a camera that works this well for the RRP of R24 999, that is, you know, also a phone.
