Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Lenovo, IdeaPad Miix 700 ile elegant bir tablet/dönüştürülebilir modeli sunuyor ve pozitif bir izlenim bırakıyor. Core M işlemci gündelik kullanım için yeterli işlem gücünü sunuyor. En azından tek komutlu işlemlerde. Çok komutlu işlemlerde performans biraz düşüyor. Grafik kartı tam performansını hiç gösteremiyor. 

Bu noktada Core m5 versiyon yerine Core m3 kullanıp fiyatı daha düşük tutmam Lenovo'nun düşünebilecekleri arasında olabilir, çünkü performans farkı çok yüksek değil.

Pasif soğutmanın avantajı elbette sessiz kulanım. Bu tüm Miix 700 modelleri için geçerli. SSD de hızlı kullanımı garantiliyor. Ekran genel olarak tatmin edici. Parlak, kontrastı yeterli ve bakış açıları stabil. Renk üretimi özellikle kalibrasyon sonrası etkileyici. Genel olarak da çok iyi bir batarya kullanım süresi var.

A clear winner cannot be ascertained in the duel of the Miix 700 and Core m3 Surface Pro 4.

Surface Pro 4 ile kıyaslandığında elimizde kesin bir kazanan yok. Miix 700 daha ucuzken, Surface Pro 4 daha parlak ve yüksek kontrastlı ekrana sahip. Microsoft harici bileşenler sunarken Lenovo, LTE modemli modeller sunuyor. Hangisinin uygun seçim olacağına kullanıcının karar vermesi gerek.
