Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF

Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF, iki kümede 20 çekirdeğe sahip Arrow Lake tabanlı bir masaüstü işlemcisidir . 8 performans çekirdeği 5,5 GHz'e kadar ve 12 daha küçük verimlilik çekirdeği 4,6 GHz'e kadar saat hızındadır. Tüm CPU çekirdekleri 30MB Akıllı Önbelleği (L3) kullanabilir.

Arrow Lake-S çipleri birkaç çipetten oluşmaktadır. CPU kısmı TSMC'de modern N3B (3nm) sürecinde üretilmektedir, GPU da N5P sürecinde TSMC'den gelmektedir. SoC ve I/O karosu TSMC N6 sürecinde üretilmektedir. Temel karo Intel tarafından 22nm sürecinde üretilmiştir ve Fovero'nun 3D ambalajı sayesinde tek tek çipetleri taşımaktadır.

Benzer Core Ultra 7 265K ile karşılaştırıldığında, 265KF bir Intel Grafik 4 çekirdekli iGPU olarak adlandırılır ve ayrıca vPro özelliklerinden yoksundur.

TDP 125 watt (uzun süreli) ila 250 watt (turbo) olarak belirtilmiştir.
