Intel Ultra 7 251HX

Intel Core Ultra 7 251HX, Arrow Lake mimarisine dayanan oyun dizüstü bilgisayarları için mobil bir üst düzey CPU'dur. 5,1 GHz'e kadar 8 hızlı performans çekirdeğinden 6'sı ve 4,5 GHz'e kadar saat hızına sahip 16 küçük verimlilik çekirdeğinden 12'sinden oluşan 18 çekirdek sunar. CPU'nun 30 MB L2 önbelleğe ve 30 MB L3 önbelleğe erişimi vardır ve 45 watt'lık bir TDP ile belirtilmiştir.

SoC, 13 TOPS (Int8) ile AI Boost adı verilen küçük bir özel NPU'yu entegre eder ve vPro'yu desteklemez. Entegre bellek denetleyicisi 256 GB'a kadar DDR5-6400'ü (çift kanal, isteğe bağlı ECC) destekler. Entegre GPU (iGPU), 300 - 1800 MHz hızında çalışan dört Xe çekirdeğine sahip küçük bir Intel Graphics grafik kartıdır.

Performans - Üst Düzey

18 çekirdek ve yüksek saat hızı nedeniyle, performans aşağıdaki değerler arasında olmalıdır Core Ultra 7 245HX ve Ultra 7 255HX mobil CPU'ların üst düzey aralığında yer almaktadır. Bu nedenle performans 2016'da tüm zorlu uygulamalar ve oyunlar için yeterli olacaktır.

Üretim - TSMC ve Foveros

Arrow Lake-HX çipleri masaüstü Arrow Lake-S çiplerini temel alır ve birkaç çipten oluşur. CPU kısmı TSMC'de modern N3B (3nm) süreci kullanılarak üretilmiştir. GPU da N5P sürecinde TSMC'den gelmektedir. SoC ve I/O karosu TSMC N6 sürecinde üretilmektedir. Temel karo Intel tarafından 22nm sürecinde üretilir ve Fovero'nun 3D paketlemesi sayesinde tek tek çipetleri taşır.
