Geekom, A5'in 2027 sürümüyle popüler mini PC'sine çarpıcı olmasa da incelikle geliştirilmiş bir güncelleme sunuyor. Görsel açıdan ve dokunma hissi bakımından Geekom A5'in 2027 sürümü, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H işlemcili modelden farklı değil (Geekom A5 incelemesine bakın). Geekom, A5 ve IT serileriyle aynı kasayı kullanmaya devam ediyor; boyutlar ve kapladığı alan değişmeden kalıyor. İç metal kafes yüksek sağlamlık sağlarken, dış plastik gövde alışıldık pembe altın rengiyle geliyor. Tamamen metal bir kasa dokunma hissini daha da iyileştirebilecek olsa da işçilik kalitesi kusursuz. Cihazı bir monitöre monte etmek için VESA montaj aparatı da hâlâ kutuya dahil.

Bağlantı noktaları önceki modeldekilerle aynı: İkisi Type-C olmak üzere toplam altı USB bağlantı noktası bulunuyor. Ancak USB4 ve Thunderbolt hâlâ mevcut değil.
