Intel Celeron M 900

Intel Celeron 900, ucuz laptoplar için üretilen tek çekirdekli işlemci. Penryn tabanlı olmasına karşın bazı özellikler deaktif. Güç tasarrufu özelliklerinin bir kısmının bulunmayışı daha fazla güç tüketimine sebep olmakta. Bunun yanısıra sanallaştırma ve güvenilir uygulama gibi fonskiyonlar da deaktif.
Tek çekirdekli işlemcinin performansı giriş seviyesinde ele alınabilir. 2. Çekirdeğin olmamasından ötürü performans birden fazla uygulamanın kullanımı esnasında çok kötü olabilir. Buna karşın bazı benchmarklara gore işlemcinin performansı 1.3GHz saat hızına sahip Athlon II Neo K325 ile aynı seviyede. Tek çekirdekli AMD V120 serisi işlemcilerle kıyaslandığında Celeron 900 daha geniş Level 2 Cache ile daha hızlı. Buna karşın ATI’nin sunmuş olduğu daha iyi grafik kartı ve hızlı çipset ile genel performans AMD’ye gore daha kötü.
