Battery life
The low power consumption helps the IdeaPad Duet Chromebook achieve very good battery life. At a reduced brightness of 150 nits, we measured a very good runtime of 12.5 hours. Consequently, a complete workday is no problem for the small tablet.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Duet is a small convertible that runs on Chrome OS. Thanks to the support of Android and Linux, there are numerous application possibilities for the small tablet. But you keep in mind that Android and Linux are only running virtually on the device; consequently, you have to live with reduced speeds.
Even the native Chrome browser makes the MediaTek SoC sweat, and you have to live with slight stuttering.
But in return, you get a full desktop browser, and in combination with Linux, an exciting mobile solution for web developers. But if you only want to use Android apps and don't need a desktop browser, an Android tablet or an iPad is probably a better choice for you.
The technical measurements of the IdeaPad don't stand in its way. The display shows good characteristics - especially for the price range. Users will most likely wish for even higher brightness for outdoor use in the sunlight. The keyboard and touchpad are suitable for the size and price range - but frequent typers should rather resort to larger devices here. Moreover, there's nothing to complain about in terms of battery life and emissions. As a result, the combination of Linux, Android, a full-fledged Chrome browser, long battery life, and mobility could be an exciting compromise for some users.
