HiSilicon Kirin 8020

 Kirin 8000

HiSilicon Kirin 8020, Android tabanlı akıllı telefon ve tabletlerde kullanılabilen bir SoC ve ilk olarak Huawei Nova 14 Pro akıllı telefona (2025) kuruldu. SoC, aşağıdakilere benzer Kirin T82 ve daha hızlı Kirin T92 (daha yüksek saat hızları).

Huawei, SoC hakkında herhangi bir bilgi vermiyor. Mevcut olan küçük bilgiler, kıyaslama ve sistem analiz araçlarından geliyor. Tüm kaynaklar CPU'nun toplam 12 çekirdekli üç kümeden oluştuğu konusunda hemfikir, ancak artık klasik ARM Cortex modellerine değil, bunun yerine yalnızca HiSilicon'un kendi çekirdeklerine dayanıyor.

Güç tasarrufu sağlayan kümede her biri 1.306 MHz'e kadar çalışan dört çekirdek (HiSilicon HiSi-Little-I) bulunurken, diğer altı çekirdek HiSilicon'un belirtilmemiş çekirdeklerini (HiSi-Middle-II) kullanıyor ve 2.050 MHz'e kadar çıkıyor. Üçüncü küme, maksimum 2.280 MHz hızında çalışan iki HiSilicon çekirdeği (HiSi-Main-III) içerir. Tek çekirdek performansı da buna uygun olarak karışıktır, ancak çok çekirdek performansı 2022'de çıkacak olan üst düzey bir SoC seviyesindedir Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

A Maleoon 920c grafik birimi (iGPU) olarak entegre edilmiştir.

Üretim süreci ya da mimari hakkında somut bir şey bilinmiyor. SoC muhtemelen SMIC'de 7 nm süreci kullanılarak üretilecek. TechInsights'a göre, aynı şekilde inşa edilmiş Kirin 9020 7N+2 olarak üretilmektedir.
