Samsung Exynos 1480
Samsung Exynos 1480, Android tabanlı orta sınıf akıllı telefonlar ve tabletler için bir çip üzerinde bir sistemdir (SoC). CPU, her biri dört çekirdekten oluşan iki kümeden oluşur. Dört Cortex-A78 güç çekirdeği (2,75 GHz'e kadar) ve dört Cortex-A55 güç çekirdeği (2,05 GHz'e kadar) kullanılır. Entegre grafik birimi (GPU) bir Samsung Xclipse 530'dur. Yonga seti Wi-Fi 6E ve Bluetooth 5.3'ü desteklemektedir. RAM olarak hem LPDDR4x hem de LPDDR5 bağlanabiliyor. Dahili bellek olarak UFS 3.1 mümkün.
6K MAC NPU'lu yeni AI motorunun performansının selefine göre yaklaşık dört kat daha yüksek olduğu söyleniyor. Ayrıca 144 Hz ve Full HD+'a kadar ekranlar kullanılabiliyor ve 200 MPix'e kadar kameralar destekleniyor. Geliştirilmiş ISP artık saniyede 60 kareye kadar Ultra HD videoları da mümkün kılıyor ve HDR ve sıfır deklanşör gecikmesi (ZSL) özelliklerine de sahip.
Entegre modem indirmeler için yine önemli bir hız artışı aldı ve hem 5G-Sub6 (indirme: 5,1 GBit/s'ye kadar, yükleme: 1,28 GBit/s'ye kadar) hem de 5G-mmWave (indirme: 4,84 GBit/s'ye kadar, yükleme: 0,92 GBit/s'ye kadar) için önemli ölçüde daha hızlıdır, ancak Exynos 1280'den bu yana yüklemeler için değişmeden kalır. LTE (Kat. 18, indirme: 1,2 GBit/s'ye kadar, yükleme: 0,211 GBit/s'ye kadar) için herhangi bir değişiklik yoktur.
Exynos 1480, Samsung tarafından 4 nm süreci (Samsung 4LPP) kullanılarak üretilmiştir.
