 A523

Allwinner A523, akıllı telefonlar ve tabletler için çok uygun fiyatlı ARM tabanlı bir SoC'dir. 2023'te sunulan sekiz çekirdekli işlemci, her biri 4 Cortex-A55 çekirdeğinden oluşan iki dört çekirdekli kümeden oluşmaktadır.

Daha hızlı olan dörtlü küme 1,8 GHz'e kadar saat frekansında çalışır ve A55 çekirdeği başına 128 KB L2 önbellek sunarken, ikinci küme 1,4 GHz'e kadar saat hızında çalışır ve çekirdek başına yalnızca 64 KB L2 önbellek sunar.

Allwinner A523'ün başka bir versiyonunda, ilk dörtlü küme 2,0 GHz'e kadar çıkmaktadır. Bu ARM Mali-G57 MC1 openGL 3.2, Vulkan 1.0 ve OpenCL 2.0'ı destekleyen grafik birimi olarak kullanılır. Bir XuanTie E906 RISC-V PMU da entegre edilmiştir.

Allwinner SoC, 4 GB'a kadar DDR3/DDR4/LPDDR2/LPDDR3/LPDDR4/LPDDR4X RAM ve eMMC 5.1 flash belleği kontrol edebilir. PCIe 2.1'e ek olarak, USB 3.1 Gen. 1 ve Gigabit Ethernet de arayüz olarak desteklenmektedir. Ayrıca bir H264/H265 video kod çözücü (saniyede 60 kare hızında 4K'ya kadar) ve bir H264 kodlayıcı (saniyede 25 kare hızında 4K'ya kadar) bulunmaktadır.

Allwinner A523 22 nm yapı genişliği ile üretilmiştir.
