Intel Ultra X9 378H

Intel Core Ultra X9 378H, dizüstü bilgisayarlar için Panther Lake ailesinden üst düzey 16 çekirdekli bir SoC ve hızlı 12 çekirdekli iGPU'ya sahip en hızlı ikinci modeldir. SoC, eski SoC ile aynıdır Core Ultra X7 368H ancak vPro yönetim desteği yoktur.

378H, Intel tarafından yeni 18A sürecinde üretilen bir işlem karosunu entegre etmektedir. Buna 2 - 5 GHz'lik 4 büyük ve hızlı Cougar Cove P-Core, 1,6 - 4 GHz'lik 8 küçük Darkmont E-Core (verimlilik için) ve 1,6 - 3,6 GHz'lik 4 küçük Darkmont LP (Düşük Güç) E-Core dahildir. GPU karosu 12 Xe3 çekirdekli ve ışın izleme destekli hızlı bir iGPU içerir ve TSMC tarafından N3E süreci kullanılarak üretilmiştir.

Üçüncü çipçik, 12 PCIe şeridi, 4x Thunderbolt 4, Wi-Fi 7 (R2) ve Bluetooth Core 6.0 ile platform denetleyicisini entegre eder. Platform kontrolörü de TSMC tarafından üretilmektedir.
