Intel Core i5-13500H, Raptor Lake-H serisine (Alder Lake veya Raptor Lake mimarisi) dayanan dizüstü bilgisayarlar için orta sınıf bir mobil CPU'dur. Saat hızı, performans kümesinde 2,6 ila 4,7 GHz (tek çekirdek artırma, tüm çekirdek 4,6 GHz'e kadar) ve verimli kümede 1,9 ila 3,5 GHz arasında değişmektedir. E-çekirdeklerin performansı eski Skylake çekirdeklerine benzer olmalıdır (karşılaştırma için Core i7-6700HQ ). Tüm çekirdekler 18 MB'a kadar L3 önbellek kullanabilir.

Entegre bellek denetleyicisi DDR5-5200'e kadar (i5-12500H'nin DDR5-4800'ünden) çeşitli bellek türlerini destekler.
