AMD Ryzen AI 5 340

AMD Ryzen AI 5 340, 2025'in başlarında CES'te duyurulan Krakan Point ailesinden güçlü bir mobil işlemcidir. APU, 6 CPU çekirdeği (4,8 GHz'e kadar 3x Zen 5 ve daha az önbelleğe ve maksimum 3,4 GHz'e sahip 3x Zen 5c) ve büyük bir 16 MB L3 Önbellek içerir.

Mimari ve özellikler

Krackan Point ailesi APU'lar, ayrı kümelerde bulunan Zen 5 ve Zen 5c mikro mimari çekirdekleri tarafından desteklenmektedir; ikincisi, birincisinin biraz daha yavaş, daha küçük ve daha enerji verimli bir versiyonudur. Zen 5 ve Zen 5c arasındaki farklardan biri de önbellek boyutudur; Zen 5 çekirdekleri daha büyük önbelleklere sahiptir.

Bununla birlikte, mobil Zen 5 uygulamasının (ChipsAndCheese) farklı önbellek boyutları, AVX-512 verimindeki büyük farklılıklar ve diğer faktörler nedeniyle masaüstü Zen 4'e masaüstü Zen 5'ten daha yakındır.

Ryzen AI 5 çipi, DDR5-5600 ve LPDDR5x-8000 RAM'i destekleyerek sistem tasarımcılarına daha düşük gecikme süresi ve daha yüksek verim arasında bir seçenek sunuyor. Çip, USB 4 (ve dolayısıyla Thunderbolt) ile yerel olarak uyumludur. Tıpkı 8000 serisi öncülleri gibi şerit başına 1,9 GB/s'lik bir iş hacmi için PCIe 4.0 desteğine sahiptir. İlk nesil XDNA'dan çok daha karmaşık olan entegre XDNA 2 NPU, çeşitli AI iş yüklerini hızlandırmak için 50 INT8 TOPS'a kadar güç sağlıyor.

Dizüstü bilgisayar CPU'larında her zaman olduğu gibi, Ryzen 5 AI çipi lehimli olduğu için kullanıcı tarafından değiştirilemez.

Performans

Zen 5 mimarisi ve yüksek saat hızları sayesinde CPU performansı çok iyi olacaktır.

Bu Radeon 840M küçültülmüş bir Radeon 890M sadece 4 çekirdek (CU = 256 gölgelendirici) ve 2,9 GHz'e kadar saat hızı sunar. Yeni RDNA 3.5 mimarisini kullanır.

Güç tüketimi

AI 340'ın 28 W'lık bir temel TDP'ye sahip olduğu söyleniyor, ancak dizüstü bilgisayar üreticileri TDP'yi 15 ila 54 W arasında ayarlamakta özgürler.

Bu CPU'ların üretildiği 4 nm TSMC süreci ortalamanın üzerinde enerji verimliliği sağlıyor.
