AMD R7 7840U

AMD Ryzen 7 7840U, Phoenix serisinin hızlı bir üst düzey dizüstü bilgisayar işlemcisi ve U serisinin en hızlı modelidir. Hyperthreading (16 iş parçacığı) destekleyen Zen 4 mimarisine dayalı 8 çekirdek (octa core) sunar. Çekirdekler 3,3 (temel) ila 5,1 GHz (tek çekirdekli güçlendirme) arasında çalışır. İşlemci 8 MB L2 önbellek ve 16 MB L3 önbellek içerir.

R7 7840U'nun performansı iş yüküne bağlı olarak Ryzen 7 7840HS (daha yüksek temel saat hızı ve TDP). Önceki nesil ile karşılaştırıldığında Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U7840U, Zen 4 mimarisi ve daha yüksek saat hızları sayesinde açıkça daha hızlıdır.

Çip, modern ve hızlı bir RDNA 3 grafik kartını (iGPU) entegre ediyor Radeon 780M 12 CU ve 2,7 GHz'e kadar saat hızı ile. Ayrıca Phoenix serisi, AV1 de- ve kodlama özellikli bir video motoru, Apple M2 SOC'deki AI motorundan daha hızlı olması gereken yeni bir Xilinx FPGA tabanlı XDNA AI hızlandırıcı (Ryzen AI) ve çift kanallı DDR5-5600 / LPDDR5x-7500 bellek denetleyicisi (ECC destekli) içerir. Bağlantı özellikleri arasında 2 olası USB 4 (40 Gbps) bağlantı noktası ve bir GPU ve SSD'ler için 20 PCIe 4.0 şeridi bulunmaktadır.

Phoenix serisi tek bir monolitik tasarım kullanır (7045HX serisinin yonga tasarımının aksine) ve TSMC'de modern 4nm sürecinde üretilir. TDP 15 ila 30 Watt arasında yapılandırılabilir (varsayılan 28 Watt).
